Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Commercial terms applying when Yauenam™ products are purchased through yauenam.com.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through yauenam.com and form part of the agreement between Yauenam™ and the customer.
By submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies incorporated into them, including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty terms.
2. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability accurately.
Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product improvements may result in reasonable differences. Actual product experience may also vary according to environment, maintenance, method of use, and other relevant circumstances.
Yauenam™ gift products are consumer products and are not medical devices. Store information does not constitute medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not by itself constitute final acceptance.
Before acceptance, payment, identity, address, inventory, purchase quantity, and suspected fraud may be reviewed.
Where legally permitted, an order may be refused, limited, or canceled because of payment failure, inventory issues, inaccurate pricing or website content, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or another lawful reason.
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store and may change prospectively.
Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total are shown before an order is submitted.
By using a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Banks and payment providers determine authorization holds, foreign-exchange fees, and transaction-posting times.
5. Promotions
Promotions may include restrictions involving eligibility, products, quantity, timing, territory, or redemption.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. Promotional offers may be changed or ended where permitted by law.
6. Shipping, risk, and returns
Order processing, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the corresponding published Yauenam™ policies.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the delivery terms presented during checkout.
7. Limited warranty
Eligible Yauenam™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to instructions.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Proper use
Customers are responsible for setup or assembly where applicable, compatibility, cleaning, component replacement where relevant, supervision, maintenance, and use in accordance with applicable product instructions.
If a product appears damaged or otherwise functions abnormally, discontinue use where appropriate and follow the relevant product or Customer Care guidance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yauenam™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from a purchase or product use.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability generally will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Legal principles and severability
These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
