Checkout and payment providers
Checkout on yauenam.com is powered by Shopify together with participating payment providers. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on location, currency, device, and provider availability.
Authorization and fraud review
Orders are subject to payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention review. A financial institution or payment provider may request additional verification, decline a payment, or place a temporary authorization hold.
Yauenam™ does not control an issuer's approval decision or the time required by a financial institution to release a temporary hold.
How payment information is handled
Payment-card details are transmitted to and processed by participating payment providers using their security controls. Yauenam™ does not store complete payment-card numbers in its own store systems.
No online system is entirely risk-free. Customers should use trusted devices and networks and protect their account credentials.
Prices and charges
Product prices, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.
Currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, installment charges, or other issuer fees are determined by the customer's financial provider.
Payment concerns
If a payment is declined, review the billing information, available funds, issuer restrictions, and any verification request.
If duplicate pending authorizations appear, contact the issuing bank. One entry may represent a temporary authorization hold instead of a completed charge.
